West 110th Street Corridor Refresh

We had completed three apartment combinations in this 60 unit condominium building when we were asked to provide designs for the renovation of the hallways. Our design centers around graphically patterned carpeting, new lighting, and wayfinding signage. This project is part of a larger series of upgrades to the buildings public amenity spaces. Phases 2 and 3 will encompass gym and lobby renovations.
