Henry Street Pied-à-Terre

A pied-à-terre in Brooklyn Heights for a retired couple who spends most of the their time on the North Fork. We reconfigured much of the apartment to create a two bedroom unit (a room for frequent guests). This is one of three renovations we have completed in this pre-war cooperative on Henry Street.
