Saint James Place Brownstone

This brownstone had been owned by a family for many decades and carved up into many small apartments when our client’s purchased it. It required a total renovation and modernization. We worked with the Landmarks Preservation Commission to restore the quintessential stoop that had been removed in the 1940’s.
