Park Avenue Co-Op

A renovation of a pre-war apartment in one of the most storied buildings in Carnegie Hill, 1185 Park Avenue. Designed by renowed firm Schwartz & Gross in 1929 and known for it’s massive carport forecourt. Our renovation preserved the classical bones and proportions of the space while including more modern details.
