London Terrace Combination

Combination of two units in the historic London Terrace Co-ops in Chelsea. Client owned the 1 bedroom for many years before the opportunity to purchase the adjacent unit came up just in time for an expansion of his family. Fred Tang reorganized the floorplan pulling the kitchen into the living room and added details that allude to the traditional historic detailing of this pre-war building.
