Post War Co-op

An opulent palette with a jewelry box of finishes sparkle throughout an uptown combination.

This Manhattan residence for three, plus 2 dogs, combined two units on the sixth floor in a post-war co-op building. It occupies the full length of the building with eight windows creating a stunning north to south view of Lexington Avenue. Inspired by a 70s open floor plan, FTA created a blueprint which allowed rooms to flow into one another.
