Baltic Street Italianate

When the owners purchased this home on a landmarked block in Cobble Hill, it had been carved up into three non-descript apartments by a developer. Originally built in the early 1850’s as part of a long row of townhouses in an Italianate style. We brought back some of the historic detail that had been lost in previous renovations while converting it to a single family home.
