This full gut renovation included exterior and interior work as well as landscaping. The brownstone was previously owned by artist and landscape designer, Paula Hayes, and her iconic silicon planter in the front yard preserves her mark on the home. The transformation included curving plaster details throughout the house including at the underside of the staircase, at the fireplace, at the kitchen hood, and at all the skylights as well as custom white oak detailing in the millwork and door frames. Accents of green and pink, the owners favorite colors, were strategically used throughout the residence.
